Premiere: Athens Psych Pop Wizard Jake Brower Shares New Single "Gotta Lotta Beans"

Stoked to premiere this new single by Athens psych pop wizard Jake Brower, whose debut Psychofunky Dancing tape remains one of our absolute favorites of last year. The songs on that album reminded us of the Kinks, Ween, and the Apples in Stereo trying to out-jam each other on a bill opening for Ariel Pink. And with this latest track for Attaboy Tapes (founded and operated by show promoter and local tastemaker Nathan Sheets), titled “Gotta Lotta Beans,” Brower continues his songwriting hot streak with yet another intricately layered pop anthem. Gotta keep them beans clean.
